Submission

Hello.

Are you a dude? Do you like dogs? If you answered yes, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Dudes with Dogs is currently accepting pictures of you and your dogs. (Yes, that includes both the animal and the food. We’re not sure about “dawgz” but send ‘em anyway.) Please take these few guidelines before sending in any images:

-The bigger the picture the better! If using a digital camera, please use the highest resolution setting that your camera will allow. If the picture is too small, it won’t be usable and the internets will suffer.

-Please include you and whomever name in the email so we can give credit.

DO NOT SEND PICTURES YOU DIDN’T TAKE YOURSELF. We will know and won’t use them.

-BE CREATIVE. The more creative, the bigger the chance of your picture getting posted.

Now that you’re through with that please send all images to dudeswithdogs@gmail.com Preferred format is .jpeg. Thanks and have fun!

TERMS OF SUBMISSIONS

Before you submit any pictures to Dudeswithdogs.com please read the following:

You agree that when you send a Submission via email to this Website, you grant Dudeswithdogs.com and it’s owners a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the work. We may use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, distribute, publish, display or otherwise use it as we see fit, in our sole discretion. By making a Submission, you waive the right to make any claim against Dudeswithdogs.com, its owners or any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders relating to the Submission, including, but not limited to, unfair competition, invasion of privacy, negligence, breach of implied contract or breach of confidentiality. Without limitation of the foregoing, we shall exclusively own all now-known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without any compensation to the provider of the Submission.

You also agree that we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts or techniques embodied in the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products or services incorporating such ideas, concepts, or techniques. In addition, you hereby waive all moral rights you may have in any materials uploaded or sent to us by you.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (”Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not us, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available to us. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for the Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Dudeswithdogs.com website.

How to submit your own picture:

Send all images, questions or comments to dudeswithdogs@gmail.com. Multiple submissions are welcome and very much encouraged. I prefer files in .jpg format but any file format is welcome.
